I would love to find someone to live there, so it won't be empty before I come back for the summer, and ideally, to take some care of the garden, mow the lawn, coddle seedlings, etc. By way of enticement, there's the swings, porch and garden; a kayak available, the patio to enjoy and the river will likely be warm enough to swim, I think the wifi will be hooked up and I would probably cover the utilities if they weren't exorbitant. Please spread the word and give anyone interested this e-mail. If we find there's something to pursue, I will call them.
