Hi Song Circlers --this show is not strictly music, but done by a
woman on the SC list and very much "of the folk" --Hope you can go
enjoy it as I did a couple of weeks ago.

It is a kind of kitchen concert about being/rooted in the "committed
to the concept of daily life transfomed as art, which this show
explores"

Tonight and all week long ( Monday till Friday), celebrate summer
theatre out of the rain!

Asterisk Rising * presents Eleanor Crowder and Katherine Grier in
Family Album
at the Fourth Stage of the National Arts Centre.
Showtime 7.30pm, July 27 thru 31. Tickets $10 and $15 at the NAC box
office.

Family Album explores the stories that shape us as adults. The first
set presents a range of shared and solo stories from Kate and Eleanor,
performed and told, stories of the kind that you hear as kids and
which shape you life long.
The second set invites you as audience to tell one of yours.
Every show is a different mix: stories of daring and escape, ghost
stories, love stories, bear stories.

Come for rogues, heroes and a delightful evening of entertainment!

What stories does your family tell?

Haiku for Britannia summer

After morning swim,
welcoming bright July sun,
eating day lilies!
