The Song Circle will be held at the Lassiter Terrace condominium's recreation centre, 1395 Lassiter Terrace. (That's in the East end, in Beacon Hill. It's not hard to find.) Potluck begins at 6:15 Singing starts around 7:30. Directions: Lassiter is a crescent on the west side of Ogilvy, north of the Ogilvy/Montreal Road intersection. Bus (optimistically) - from Blair station, take the #124. Alternatively, take the #2 to the corner of Montreal Road and Ogilvy and walk 2 blocks. Car - Exit the Queensway at Blair. Bear right (north) on Blair. From Blair, turn right on Ogilvy. Ogilvy winds around a bit and then crosses Montreal Road. After the Montreal Road intersection, Lassiter is the second street on the left. The Rec Centre is on the right hand side of Lassiter, inside the "horseshoe" of the crescent, just past the swimming pool. There's parking on either side of the building. If you get to the Beacon Hill Shopping Centre, you've just passed Lassiter. If extra parking is needed, you can park at the shopping centre and walk back to the Rec Centre. For information, call Gail at 613-745-3689. Come join in a seasonal tune or two!
