Hello Ottawa contra dancers!

That's right… this upcoming Saturday *May  2nd* is another Old Sod dance with Catherine Burns calling!!!

Beginner workshop at 730 with dance starting at 8pm. Just 11$ 

Water bottles: If you remember, bring yours to help us minimize our environmental impact. Water and lemonade available for filling as usual.

********************SPECIAL EVENT JUN 13 *********************

In addition to our upcoming dances this Saturday (May 2), as well as May 23 and June 6, we have a special event coming up June 13th!

This is special afternoon-potluck-evening event to mark our last dance at the current hall.

The schedule:
3:30pm-5:30pm – mostly waltz session
5:30pm-7:30pm – potluck
8:00pm-11:00pm – contra dance
(Price of waltz session and special combo price of waltz and contra to come.)

We have an amazing band from Southern Vermont *The Figments* to play and an incredible caller who calls 100+ dances a year *Adina Gordon*.
